From Highway 421

1. Take Highway 77 North towards Elkin via Exit 265a, go for 10 miles.
2. Merge onto US-21 BYP N via Exit 83 on the Left toward Roaring Gap / Sparta for 1 mile.
3. Take the NC-268 BYP / Elkin exit.
4. Turn Left onto NC-268 BYP / CC Camp Road.
5. Turn Left onto Johnson Ridge Road for about 1.2 miles.
6. End at 124 Samaritan Ridge Road, Elkin Pediatric & Adult Medicine.
