
After-Hours Questions and Concerns: We realize many questions can arise after regular office hours or over the weekend. The frequently asked questions (FAQs) section addresses common concerns patients have regarding a variety of conditions. Please review the information most relevant to you. If you don't see information that relates to your situation or your problem is more urgent, call the office at 245-2100 and follow the recorded instructions to reach the appropriate on-call physician. Please restrict after-hours and weekend calls to emergent concerns.If you feel you are having a true medical emergency, call 911 or go to the closest emergency room. Please be aware that CUA is unable to return emergency and after-hour calls to phones with blocked ID's.
To facilitate timely and accurate filling of your refill, we ask that you call your preferred pharmacy before your supply runs out. Your pharmacy will fax your request to our office. Our fax number is 768-7782. Please be prepared to provide your full name, birth date, medication name, and prescription number. Unfortunately, because refills require physician authorization and chart review, we can not process your refill request after hours and on weekends.
