Carolina Urological Associates is the leading urology practice in Winston-Salem and Forsyth County.  CUA was formed in 2001 through the merger of three urology practices in Winston-Salem—Maplewood Urological Associates, Lyndhurst Urological Associates and Salem Urological.

The history of these groups in Winston-Salem dates back to the 1960's.  In 2003, we moved into our brand new 24,000 square foot building conveniently located in Kimel Park—Winston-Salem's premier medical office park.  In 2007, we opened our Kernersville office, which is open five days a week.  In addition to our full time offices, we maintain satellite offices in Mocksville, Elkin and King.

Our team of board certified/board eligible urologists and our support staff deliver advanced urologic care utilizing state of the art techniques including DaVinci robotic surgery, as well as minimally invasive surgical techniques for the treatment of enlarged prostate, kidney stones, urinary incontinence and many other conditions.

We also have on staff the only two female urologists in the Triad region, providing the complete range of diagnostic and therapeutic treatment of female urological disorders. Because of diversity in our training and special interests, our group is able to care for all patients, both new and established, by referring within our group to the urologist with the most expertise and up-to-date training and skills.
